WHO WE ARE

A Practical Platform for Mining, Minerals and Resource Requirements

Enigma Earth brings together mining, mineral sourcing and resource-recovery services for clients with requirements in Pakistan. Our six service areas are mining operations, mineral exploration, mineral trading and export, mining concessions, consultancy and urban recycling.

The business is focused on practical enquiries: investigating a mineral prospect, evaluating a project, planning operational work, sourcing a material or arranging the recovery of commercial scrap. We start by understanding what the client needs to achieve and the information required to define the work.

Evidence-First Engagement Baseline

Every project begins with defined deliverables, verified technical records and confirmed delivery arrangements.

LEADERSHIP

A Message from Our CEO

Pakistan has a diverse mineral and resource base, but turning geological potential into practical value requires more than identifying what is present. It requires reliable information, responsible planning, clear commercial requirements and cooperation between project owners, buyers, investors and technical specialists.

At Enigma Earth, our aim is to provide a practical connection between mining projects, mineral requirements and wider markets. We want local mine owners and project developers to be able to discuss their technical and commercial needs clearly, while giving international buyers and project partners a structured way to explore opportunities connected to Pakistan.

Our approach is based on evidence before assumptions. Whether the requirement involves exploration, mine development, mineral sourcing, project evaluation, concession support or resource recovery, the starting point should always be the actual site, material, documentation and outcome required.

We also believe that long-term relationships are built through transparency. We do not want to promise what has not been verified. Instead, we aim to define requirements carefully, identify the information still needed and develop an appropriate path forward.

Enigma Earth is being built to connect resources, projects and people through practical, responsible and commercially relevant solutions.

CONNECTED REQUIREMENTS

One Project Can Involve More Than One Service

Related services often meet within one project. An exploration result may lead to a feasibility question. A mineral buyer may need testing and logistics as well as sourcing. A recycling enquiry may involve asset records and data-handling conditions in addition to collection.

Our approach is to identify those connections while keeping responsibilities clear. The agreed proposal should state the work included, the information on which it relies and any specialist services needed. The delivery arrangement is confirmed for the particular engagement.

PATHWAY A • MINE DEVELOPMENT
Exploration & Drilling
Consultancy & Evaluation
Mining Operations

Geological exploration feeds technical feasibility, which in turn defines mining method, equipment sizing and extraction scheduling.

PATHWAY B • MINERAL SOURCING
Mineral Requirement
Sourcing & Testing
Trading & Logistics

Buyer specifications trigger verified origin identification, independent assay inspection, port handling and export documentation.

PATHWAY C • RESOURCE RECOVERY
Commercial Material
Assessment & Weighing
Resource Recovery

Industrial scrap lots are evaluated for volume and purity, collection access is planned, and materials are routed into confirmed recycling streams.

OUR APPROACH

A Clear Scope for Each Requirement

A useful engagement begins by defining the task rather than assuming the answer. The proposed scope should explain what is included, what information it relies on, who is responsible for each part and what outputs are expected.

01

Initial Enquiry Review

Clarify the target mineral, location, current stage and the specific decision or material required.

02

Information Assessment

Review existing maps, reports, assays, licences or site photos to identify what is verified and what is missing.

03

Scope & Commercial Terms

Agree deliverables, responsibilities, timeline, assumptions and commercial terms before commencing work.

04

Delivery & Documentation

Execute the agreed operational, technical or commercial scope with transparent reporting and handover records.

EVIDENCE-FIRST PRINCIPLE

Separate Evidence from Assumptions

Mining, mineral and project decisions are stronger when verified information is separated from assumptions. Existing reports, specifications and test results should be identified clearly, while historical, incomplete or unverified information should be treated accordingly.

A recorded mineral occurrence does not automatically mean current production. A specimen does not establish bulk supply. A public cadastre map does not by itself prove title. A seller's location does not automatically establish mineral origin.

PRODUCTION VS OCCURRENCE

Occurrence ≠ Active Production

A geological map noting mineral presence indicates prospectivity, not an operating quarry or ready stockpile.

SPECIMEN VS BULK SUPPLY

Specimen ≠ Commercial Volume

A high-grade hand specimen or museum piece does not prove the existence of commercial tonnages at that grade.

LEGAL TITLE VERIFICATION

Map Marker ≠ Verified Concession

Cadastre marks must be verified against current provincial Mines & Minerals Department lease registers and rent receipts.

PROVENANCE & ORIGIN

Trader Location ≠ Mineral Origin

A mineral warehouse in Karachi or Peshawar does not verify the mine of extraction without transit passes and origin docs.

CLIENTS & PARTNERS

Working with Clients in Pakistan and Overseas

We welcome enquiries from mine owners, licence holders, project developers, manufacturers, traders and businesses with recyclable materials. Overseas buyers can contact us about Pakistani mineral sourcing, while project partners can share a defined opportunity for an initial discussion.

The site, material and destination matter more than a broad regional description. We ask for precise locations, relevant documents and realistic requirements so that the proposed service can be evaluated properly.

MINE & QUARRY OWNERS

Mine Owners & Operators

Operational development, contract extraction, fleet mobilisation, crushing support and mine-site planning in Pakistan.

CONCESSION HOLDERS

Licence Holders & Applicants

Concession documentation, boundary surveys, exploration programme design and regulatory compliance.

PROJECT DEVELOPERS

Exploration & Mining Companies

Target evaluation, core drilling supervision, sampling QA/QC, geological modeling and technical due diligence.

RAW-MATERIAL BUYERS

Manufacturers & Mineral Buyers

Specification-led raw-material and supply enquiries for industrial plants, foundries, chemical processors and factories.

GLOBAL PARTNERS

International Buyers & Investors

Pakistani mineral sourcing, inspection protocols, export logistics and defined project opportunities.

RECYCLING GENERATORS

Commercial & Industrial Sites

Scrap metal, redundant equipment, enterprise IT e-waste and recurring resource-recovery requirements.

Note on Client Privacy & Governance: The above represent client archetypes and sectors served. Enigma Earth does not publish client names or proprietary project records without written authorisation.
LOCAL KNOWLEDGE • INTERNATIONAL ENQUIRIES

Pakistan-Focused, Internationally Accessible

Enigma Earth's service focus is connected to Pakistan's mining, mineral and commercial-resource sectors. At the same time, international buyers, investors and project partners may need access to Pakistani opportunities, materials, technical information or project discussions.

A local project enquiry should identify the actual site and current stage. An international enquiry should also explain the material, project or investment decision being considered and the documentation required to assess it.

FOR LOCAL PROJECT OWNERS & BUSINESSES

Pakistani Project Submissions

Domestic mine owners, concession applicants and commercial operators can submit technical briefs for operational contracting, concession documentation, or exploration drilling.

  • Exact district, GPS coordinates or Survey of Pakistan grid references
  • Current concession stage: Prospecting Licence, Exploration Licence, or Mining Lease
  • Available technical reports: core logs, geological maps, assays or pit sketches
FOR INTERNATIONAL BUYERS & INVESTORS

Overseas Commercial Enquiries

Foreign industrial consumers, trading houses and resource investors seeking reliable access to Pakistani mineral supply chains and structured project due diligence.

  • Precise commodity specification, chemical tolerance limits and physical sizing
  • Delivery expectations: trial lot tonnage, monthly supply schedule and Incoterms (FOB/CIF)
  • Required pre-shipment inspection: independent sampling (SGS, Alfred H Knight, Alex Stewart)
WORKING PRINCIPLES

How We Want to Work with You

Four fundamental standards guide every proposal, technical assessment, and commercial agreement at Enigma Earth.

1

Be Clear About the Requirement

“Explain the decision, output or material you need, including the criteria that matter to you.”

Eliminates ambiguous proposals and focuses technical effort directly on client objectives.

2

Separate Evidence from Assumptions

“Identify existing reports, specifications and test results, and flag information that has not been verified.”

Protects decision-makers from relying on anecdotal claims, obsolete records or unverified grade assumptions.

3

Agree Responsibilities Before Starting

“Clarify the scope, deliverables, commercial terms and specialist involvement in the proposal.”

Defines who does what, establishes boundaries and prevents unexpected omissions during project execution.

4

Document the Outcome

“Agree what records or handover information you need as part of the engagement, rather than after the work is complete.”

Ensures technical deliverables, inspection reports and assay sheets match corporate due-diligence standards.

CLEAR BOUNDARIES

What the Website Does Not Assume

Professional credibility requires absolute clarity on operational and legal boundaries. We state what we do not assume so that clients and partners evaluate our capabilities with confidence and transparency.

No Automatic Mine Ownership

Service descriptions do not imply Enigma Earth owns the mine or quarry shown or discussed. Operations, exploration and advisory work are performed on behalf of client concessions.

No Automatic Mineral Inventory

A listed mineral does not mean Enigma Earth currently holds stock. All commodity enquiries follow a specification-led sourcing, sampling and verification protocol.

No Guaranteed Licence Outcome

Concession or application support does not guarantee approval. All mineral titles in Pakistan remain under the exclusive statutory authority of provincial Mines & Minerals Directorates.

No Automatic Equipment Ownership

A mining service does not imply Enigma Earth owns the required equipment fleet. Machinery deployment is scoped, contracted or mobilised according to actual project requirements.

No Universal Recycling Acceptance

A listed recyclable material does not guarantee acceptance or collection. Feasibility depends on volume, material purity, physical access, transport distance and safety requirements.

No Unverified Credentials

Professional credentials, certifications and project experience should only be published when supporting evidence is supplied. We do not display unverified claims.
