Procurement Scope of Work
Mechanized and conventional extraction, loading, underground haulage, and surface transport of commercial rock salt from Tunnel No. 26 to the PMDC central rail/road salt depot and direct industrial supply facilities at Khewra.
Eligibility & Technical Criteria
Registered mining contractors, logistics operators, and earthmoving firms with valid PEC registration (Category C-5 or above), NTN, Active Taxpayer List (ATL) status, and minimum 3 years proven underground/open-cast bulk haulage experience.

Single Stage Two Envelope electronic submission via e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) under Federal PPRA Rules.
