Institutional Data Protection, Commercial Confidentiality & Submission Security Architecture

Core Principle: Confidential by Default

Enigma Earth operates an evidence-grounded industrial platform. All technical project submissions, supplier material specifications, concession documents, assay certificates, and buyer demands are held confidential by default. We do not operate an open, unvetted public bulletin board.

1. Scope & Information We Collect

Enigma Earth collects information necessary to deliver technical mining consultancy, mineral exploration advisory, commercial trade facilitation, and project review services. Information collected includes:

  • Contact & Corporate Identity: Name, professional title, corporate entity name, business email address, telephone/WhatsApp contact details, and country of operation.
  • Mining Project Submissions: Concession licence identifiers (Prospecting Licences, Mining Leases), regional coordinates, geological summaries, drilling/assay records, infrastructure parameters, and commercial partnership objectives.
  • Supplier & Material Data: Offered mineral commodity, estimated lot quantities, physical product form, laboratory assay certificates, packaging, and logistics dispatch locations.
  • Buyer Requirements: Requested chemical purity, maximum impurity tolerances, recurring volume requirements, target delivery terms (FOB/CIF), and discharge ports.
  • Technical Logs: IP address, browser type, language preferences, and basic navigational metrics collected strictly for system reliability and spam prevention.

2. Strict Confidentiality & No Automatic Publication

We enforce strict data segregation between private technical intakes and public platform content:

  • No Automatic Publishing: Submitting a project or material does not create a public listing or marketplace entry. All submissions are routed directly to private engineering review repositories.
  • Restricted Coordinates & Boundary Polygons: Exact concession demarcation coordinates, pit locations, and polygon vectors remain private and are never plotted on publicly indexable maps without prior written consent.
  • Financial Privacy: Capital expenditure requirements, equity valuation expectations, historical exploration spend, and pricing thresholds are maintained in confidential data vaults.
  • Controlled Introductions: Bilateral introductions between project principals, prospective farm-in partners, or mineral off-takers occur only following technical diligence and mutual written agreement.

3. Legal Basis & Representative Authority

Processing of personal and technical data is conducted pursuant to legitimate commercial interest, pre-contractual diligence, and regulatory compliance under applicable Pakistani and international commercial standards.

When a submission is made on behalf of a title holder by an agent, broker, or technical advisor, Enigma Earth records the declared authority basis. Misrepresentation of ownership, title status, or mandate authority constitutes a violation of platform integrity.

4. Data Disclosure & Third-Party Transfers

Enigma Earth does not sell, rent, or monetize personal contact data, geological reports, or commercial enquiries to advertisers or third-party brokers. Data is disclosed only:

  • To accredited laboratory surveyors (e.g., SGS, ALS, Alfred H Knight) when mutually authorized for umpire testing or sample corroboration.
  • To relevant statutory mineral authorities or courts where required under formal Pakistani statutory compulsion.
  • To technical advisers, geologists, and legal counsel bound by strict professional non-disclosure agreements.

5. Data Retention, Security & User Rights

Technical documentation and enquiry correspondence are retained for the duration of the commercial review cycle or statutory audit requirements. Principals maintain the right to:

  • Request an extract of personal contact data recorded in our systems.
  • Request correction of outdated corporate or concession information.
  • Request formal withdrawal and secure archival of private project or supplier submissions.

6. Contact for Privacy & Governance Enquiries

For governance enquiries, data withdrawal requests, or verification questions, submit a formal request via our Contact & Governance Desk.
