Project Review Principle

Evidence Before Promotion

A project name, mineral occurrence or concession document alone does not establish an economic mining project. Review should consider ownership or authority, concession status, geology, exploration evidence, sampling, resource information, infrastructure, environmental requirements, project stage and the commercial outcome being sought.

Highlighted Principle: Occurrence ≠ resource ≠ reserve ≠ economic project.

Frequently Asked Questions

Who can submit a mining project?

Submissions are open to direct concession holders, operating mine and quarry owners, exploration companies, project developers, mineral processors, and authorised commercial representatives holding a valid corporate mandate or agreement.

Does the project need an active mining licence?

No. Projects at any regulatory stage may be submitted for review, including early-stage reconnaissance areas, pending concession applications, prospecting licences (PL), or active mining leases (ML). The statutory title status must be accurately disclosed.

Can an early-stage exploration project be submitted?

Yes. Greenfield and advanced exploration projects are accepted. Early-stage projects can be evaluated for exploration program planning, geological review, geophysics, or technical partnerships.

Do I need a resource estimate?

No. A formal code-compliant resource estimate (such as JORC or NI 43-101) is not mandatory for initial intake. However, projects without technical reports must not be represented as containing certified mineral resources or reserves.

Are project coordinates public?

No. Exact project coordinates, polygon boundaries, and pit locations remain strictly confidential by default and are never plotted on public maps without explicit written owner authorization.

Will financial information remain confidential?

Yes. All financial figures, expenditure records, historical costs, valuation expectations, and funding requirements are held strictly confidential within our private technical desk.

Can I submit a project seeking a JV partner?

Yes. You can indicate joint venture (JV), farm-in, or equity partnership objectives in the intake form. Staged earn-in terms and preferred partner criteria can be outlined privately for controlled bilateral discussions.

Can Enigma Earth guarantee funding?

No. Enigma Earth is a technical mining, exploration, and trade advisory platform, not an investment bank, broker-dealer, or fund underwriter. Submission does not guarantee funding, investment matching, or commercial transaction execution.

Can an authorised representative submit for the owner?

Yes. Mandated commercial brokers, legal counsel, technical consultants, and corporate agents may submit on behalf of project owners provided their authority or representation mandate is disclosed in the intake form.

Will my project automatically appear publicly?

No. Project submissions are reviewed privately and are not published automatically. No public project profile, marketplace listing, or public directory card will be created upon submission.

Project Notice: Project submission does not constitute technical certification, mineral-resource verification, legal approval, investment approval, funding commitment or transaction acceptance. Additional technical, title, environmental, legal and commercial review may be required.

Regulatory Boundary: Enigma Earth provides project, technical and commercial review support. Legal, regulated financial, securities, tax and statutory advice should be obtained from appropriately qualified or authorised professionals where required.
